SOCIAL HALL CONSTRUCTED ON GRABBED ACCESS ROAD IN DALLAS EMBU

The county govt of Embu through the MCA for kirimari- SWALEX has just constructed a social hall on an access road in Dallas.

Our source complained to the NCA and they ordered it stopped but they defied same .

The construction was shrouded in secrecy and at the site there were no usual board/signage to show who the client is , who the contractor and architect are or even the approval number.

There ought to have been an advisory advertised in the dailies give a notice of 60 days and inviting to the public to give their input or objections if any before the project commenced as per the physical planning act but that was not done in regards to this project .
