ICC for Raila? Raila Odinga planning to cause chaos followed by a civil coup

The popular controversial political analyst now claims that the opposition head Raila Odinga is planning to cause chaos in the country followed by a civil coup.

Mutahi Ngunyi claims in a video that Raila wants to boycott the August 2017 elections thus cause tension in the country and blame Uhuru.

This will then give him an opportunity to cause a 'civil coup' which Ngunyi says it is not illegal but "immoral".

"A constitutional or civilian coup is not illegal, it is just immoral. It is the work of political genius... if Raila will boycott elections and force another Grand Coalition government, that would be political genius," Ngunyi adds.
